Terms & Conditions big321 — Terms of Use for Malaysia's Betting Platform

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to big321, an online betting platform built specifically for Malaysian players. This Terms & Conditions document ("Agreement") governs the relationship between you ("Member" or "User") and big321 ("Platform", "We") across all aspects of your use of the website, services, and products offered through big321.xyz.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any big321 service, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you are not permitted to use big321's services.

Big321 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the big321 platform after the effective date of any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Member Eligibility

To register and use big321's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration and while using the platform.
• A Malaysian citizen or legal resident, or an individual accessing the platform from a location that does not restrict access to online betting services.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not on big321's voluntary self-exclusion list or any recognised industry self-exclusion programme.
• Not currently experiencing serious financial difficulties or declared bankrupt under Malaysian law.

Big321 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accepted documents include MyKad (Malaysian national identity card), a valid passport, or a Malaysian driving licence. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3. big321 Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one big321 account only. Ownership of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different information — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

By registering, you agree to:

• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information — including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address.
• Keep your information up to date whenever changes occur, particularly your phone number and email address used for account verification.
• Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing access with any other party.
• Take full responsibility for all activity that occurs within your account.

Big321 reserves the right to decline registration applications or close existing accounts at its sole discretion without providing a reason, particularly where there are signs of fraud, system manipulation, or a breach of these terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Big321 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only, via supported local Malaysian payment methods. All transactions are processed through licensed and secure payment channels.

Accepted Deposit Methods:

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for your deposit, or to a verified Malaysian bank account in your name. big321 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts, in order to protect the financial security of our members.

A KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before your first withdrawal or once your cumulative withdrawal amount exceeds a set threshold. Valid identity documents must be submitted within 48 hours of the request.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Big321 offers a range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. Each bonus is subject to specific requirements that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn.

big321 Welcome Bonus:

• Bonus value up to RM888 based on your first deposit.
• Rollover requirements: 8× (Sports Betting) and 30× (casino) total deposit amount + bonus.
• Minimum odds per bet to qualify for Sports rollover: 1.50.
• Rollover completion period: 30 days from the date the bonus is credited.
• Available to new members making their first deposit only — one bonus per account, per individual, per household, per IP address.

big321 General Bonus Rules:

• Bonus value cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from the rollover are eligible for withdrawal.
• Big321 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including hedging, arbitrage, or account collusion to fulfil rollover requirements fraudulently.
• The parlay bonus only applies when all bet legs win. The minimum stake per leg to qualify for the parlay bonus is RM5, with a minimum odd of 1.30 per leg.
• Current promotions may have additional terms stated on their respective promotion pages.
• Big321 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.

6. Sports Betting Rules

This section covers the specific rules for Sports Betting on big321, including badminton, Malaysian Super League football, EPL, tennis, basketball, and all other sports available on the platform.

Bet Acceptance:

• All bets are considered valid once confirmed by the big321 system and a bet slip has been issued with a reference number.
• Bets cannot be cancelled after confirmation except in certain circumstances, such as an obvious pricing error acknowledged by big321.
• Big321 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that exceed the maximum limits or originate from accounts under investigation.

Match Cancellation & Modification:

• If a match is cancelled before it begins, all related bets will be voided and stakes refunded in full.
• For matches that are postponed and resumed within 48 hours of the original scheduled time, bet outcomes will be settled based on the final result of that match.
• In-play bets placed before a match is suspended will be settled based on the state of the match at the time of suspension, in accordance with the relevant sports policy.
• For badminton betting: if a player retires after at least one set has been completed, the result will be determined based on the state of play at the time of retirement.

7. Casino Games, Lottery & Other Games

All Live Casino games, digital slots, lottery, Keno, Scratch Cards, and Virtual Sports on big321 are operated by internationally accredited content providers using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology that has been independently audited by recognised third-party bodies.

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed except in cases of verifiable technical failure.
• If a game is interrupted by a technical issue before it concludes, the bet will be voided and your stake returned to your account balance.
• Winnings resulting from bugs, software vulnerabilities, or system failures are not considered valid and may be voided by big321.
• The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is stated on that game's information page. RTP values are calculated over the long term and do not guarantee winnings in any single session.
• For Keno lottery games — draws are conducted using an audited RNG, and each round is fully independent of previous rounds. No pattern or strategy can predict future draw numbers.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the big321 platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where applicable:

• Money Laundering: Using big321 as a channel for money laundering or illegal financing.
• Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, sharing a device or IP address with other members to abuse promotions, or placing "hedging" bets to meet rollover requirements by improper means.
• System Manipulation: Using bots, automated software, or other technical means to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• False Information: Registering under another person's identity, providing a false age, or submitting falsified verification documents.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another individual to use or operate your account, or accepting payment to place bets on someone else's behalf.
• Misuse of Inside Information: Using confidential or non-public information about match or game outcomes to gain an unfair advantage.

9. Account Closure & Suspension

Closure by Member: You may close your big321 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance (after deducting any bonus funds with unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via the payment method used for your last deposit, within 5 business days.

Suspension by big321: big321 reserves the right to temporarily suspend your account for investigation purposes if there is:

• Suspicious or unusual account activity.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe.
• Reports or complaints requiring further investigation.
• Suspected but unconfirmed breach of terms.

During the suspension period, account access, new bets, deposits, and withdrawals will be temporarily disabled. big321 will complete the investigation within 14 business days and inform you of the outcome.

Voluntary Self-Exclusion: If you need a break from betting, you can apply for a temporary self-exclusion (6 months, 1 year, or 5 years) or a permanent self-exclusion. Once activated, a permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. Contact big321 support to action any of these options.

10. Limitation of big321's Liability

Big321 provides a betting platform as a service and does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, errors, or temporary unavailability due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.

• Big321 is not liable for any betting losses resulting from your own decisions as a player.
• Big321 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Big321's maximum liability to any member under any circumstance shall not exceed the actual account balance of that member at the time the incident occurs.
• Big321 is not liable for any indirect damages, loss of anticipated profits, or loss of opportunity.

However, the above liability limits do not apply in cases of gross negligence or fraud committed directly by big321.

11. Responsible Gambling

Big321 is committed to the principles of responsible gambling. We believe that healthy gambling is done for entertainment within reasonable limits — not as a way to resolve financial problems or as a primary source of income.

Responsible gambling tools available to all big321 members:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control how much money you load into the platform.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit for any time period of your choosing.
• Session Limit: Set a time limit on how long you can play in a single session.
• Account Break: Take a temporary break from the platform — 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a duration of your choice.
• Self-Exclusion: An option to exclude yourself from the platform for an extended period.

12. Changes to Terms & Dispute Resolution

Changes to Terms: big321 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. For material changes, big321 will provide at least 7 days' notice before they take effect, via registered email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Dispute Resolution: If you have any complaints or disputes relating to the big321 platform:

1. Contact big321 customer support first via live chat or email at support@big321.xyz, providing full details of your dispute.
2. Big321 will investigate and provide a response within 5 business days.
3. If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, you may request an escalation to big321 management by submitting supporting evidence and a clear explanation of your grounds.
4. All disputes that cannot be resolved internally will be governed under Malaysian law.

Language of Terms: These Terms & Conditions are written in Bahasa Malaysia as the official language. Translations into other languages, where available, are provided for convenience only. The Bahasa Malaysia version shall serve as the primary reference in any dispute relating to the interpretation of these terms.
